Our position, on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, is not defined by different language and countryside and so we have similar tastes in cooking and traditions. Every year these characteristics bring an influx of tourists, not only Italians, but also from Europe and worldwide to experience the events, festivals and country fairs associated with these old traditions.
These traditions have not been lost but continue in the minds of men and women, handed down from the stories and memories of their ancestors.
