Let's colour the sky

Since 1984, from the end of April to the beginning of May, hundreds of kite enthusiasts from all over the world meet up on the shores of Lake Trasimeno for the “Coloriamo i cieli” (“Let's colour the sky” or Kyte Festival) events. During the event thousands of multi-coloured kites of all shapes and sizes are flown in the skies above Lake Trasimeno. The event is a multicultural meeting based on liberty, fun, respect for nature, colour and fantasy.
